We have been chosen as the Code Assessorsand assist the developer in meeting the local authority planning requirements for a four floor house in Balham that replaces a bomb damaged building from World War II.
The local authority require this new building to meet Code Level 3. Unusually we have been asked not only to provide the Code Assessment, the SAP, daylighting, & water calculations but also we have been asked to resource the Air Pressure testing.
We will be using to provide the site inspections, the pressure testing and the final certificate
