Our client has been given a challenge, by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, to meet apparently conflicting planning requirements
Dynamic Energy Assessors have been retained to clarify the situation and to build a case for the planning application
Our approach is to provide a Sustainable Building Method Statement and to model, using the SAP software, the existing building and the proposed redeveloped building to show the Energy Efficiency gains to be had from the redevelopment
Whilst this is a pragmatic approach it still adheres to all the basic requirements and the intentions of the Mayor Strategy for housing in London Boroughs
If you have any challenges with Local Authority planning speak to Dynamic Energy Assessors and together we will succeed
