Appointments can be arranged at your convenience. After the assessment is complete, we will deliver the reports to you within guaranteed timescales. The maximum delivery times you can expect are shown below. Knowing that time is often of the essence, we aim to exceed these targets whenever possible.
Code for Sustainable Homes
Usual delivery: within 48 hours of the Stage completion
Guaranteed delivery: within one working week of Stage completion
(Stage completion requires all relevant documentation to have been made available)
Due to the three stages guarantees relate to deliverables for each stage
- Design stage – Code report & SAP report – average 2 days per dwelling
- Build stage – Agreement on variations to Energy and Code elements – during build stage
- Completion – Code Certificate of Compliance and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – average 2 days per dwelling
Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
Usual delivery: within 48 hours of the Energy Assessment
Guaranteed delivery: within one working week
The array of the variables in the assessment and subsequent calculations often requires cross checking as very few buildings are the same in both usage and construction. We will notify you, at point of assessment, of unusual or especially complex situations where further research may be required. We expect to e-mail the report within 48 hours of the assessment and guarantee to do so within a week. If you prefer the EPC to be posted to you, we will ensure it is sent first class via Royal Mail within the same timescale.
Domestic Energy Performance Certificates
Usual delivery: same day as Energy Assessment
Guaranteed delivery: within three working days
Each dwelling requires a Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) provided by the Government agency, Landmark. It takes Landmark one working day to produce the UPRN. If we know the complete property address at least one working day before the assessment, we expect to email the EPC to you the day of the assessment and we guarantee it within 3 working days. If you prefer the EPC to be posted to you, we will ensure it is sent first class, via Royal Mail, within the same timescale.
