We are working with architects db architects and a local developer to meet Code level 3 and 15% of energy usage from renewable technology, on five new build flats in the London borough of Croydon. We aim to achieve the necessary Code credits by meeting all 16 criteria of Life Time Homes, including a Home Office in each dwelling, meeting the Secure by Design recommendations, managing water usage and run-off, taking advantage of the local authority recycling and making the site more ecologically friendly amongst other things
The renewable energy will come from roof mounted photovoltaic cells
