We are working with architects, Architectural Services, and a private developer on the design for a Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 dwelling
To achieve Code level 4 we will be using Accredited Construction Details ensuring airtightness and thus a high Fabric Efficiency whilst Robust Details ensures above average sound insulation. The site will be well managed keeping pollution levels low and, where possible, all materials will be obtained from sustainable sources thus keeping the environmental impact to a minimum
