You agree and accept that the Service is for your own personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes, whether revenue generating or not, and may not be further distributed in any way.
In order to provide the Service it will be necessary for us to provide your mobile telephone number to third parties engaged by us to provide the Service. We will not give this to anyone else. By entering this agreement you agree that we may send you information by email or text message relating to our Text and Picture Messaging services.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 days of the date you subscribed, and no content has yet been sent to you, then we will refund you in full. If you wish to take advantage of this limited right to cancel you should do so by sending an email to mobile@DynamicEnergyAssessors.co.uk, marked ‘Cancel’ in the subject field.
We will not be liable to you for failures, delays or defects in the delivery of the content that are caused by factors outside our control. This includes wrong or incorrect information supplied by you.
