Our senior consultant, Derek White, has been studying hard to ensure a successful exam result after taking the BRE exams. As a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor Derek is allowed to assess domestic dwellings such as houses, bungalows, blocks of flats, etc. When a new development includes a commercial element a different skill is required, that of a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) assessor.
This training involves an intensive four day BRE based training and a month of online/self study culminating in two ninety minute exams
Results take three weeks to be published so best of luck Derek
