Dynamic Energy Assessors are proud to announce a successful bid to generate the commercial EPCs for Bankside House in Leadenhall Street
We are being subcontracted by Delcosafety who, in turn are working with the Management Company. We will spend a day assessing the 10 floors of the building and then calculate and produce the necessary Energy Performance Certificates
Dynamic Energy Assessors have been chosen because they proved to be attentive to the clients needs and great value for money
Bankside House is in the heart of the City of London and, from the roof, will afford the assessors unusually clear views of parts of London that are rarely seen
