Dynamic Energy Assessors are working with dbarchitects and a local developer to meet planning requirements to achieve Code level 3 for a new build development of 8 flats. Planning requires 20% of energy usage from renewable resources.
We are achieving this through the use of careful water management, strict building site management, a high degree of fabric efficiency through the use of Accredited Construction Details, ensuing all 16 criteria for Life Time Homes are met and we meet all the Secure by Design recommendations from the local police Liaison Officer
