Dynamic Energy Assessors have been awarded the contract to provide BREEAM and Code consultancy for a mixed development in Mortlake of 1 commercial unit and 5 domestic flats
Dynamic Energy Assessors assist the Architect in completing the London Borough of Richmod upon Thames’s (LBRUT) checklist.
To do this Dynamic Energy Assessors provide an Energy Statement reviewing the options available that:
- Meet the BREEAM Excellent rating for the commercial unit
- Achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) for the 5 flats
Also required are the energy efficiency calculations and suatainability reports:
- SBEM calculations and BREEAM report for the commercial unit
- SAP claculations and CSH Report for the 5 domestic flats
